slowfield audio / information
listen comfortably
A gentle starting point for sound exploration.

start low, stay comfortable
Begin at a low volume and raise it only to a comfortable level. Take breaks and stop if you notice discomfort, ringing, dizziness or distress. Do not use headphones or immersive listening when driving, cycling, operating machinery or when you need to hear your surroundings.
headphones & binaural listening
Binaural effects require separate left and right signals, usually delivered through stereo headphones. Keep mono audio off if you want that effect. Headphones are not required simply to hear a solfeggio pitch.
an invitation, not a treatment
Sonalune is a creative listening tool for personal exploration. It has not been clinically tested. No specific frequency guarantees relaxation, better sleep, healing or a change in brainwaves. Solfeggio associations are symbolic themes, and scientific evidence for frequency-specific health benefits is limited.
Use listening in a way that feels comfortable to you. Do not use it to delay healthcare or change prescribed treatment. If you are unsure whether a listening practice is appropriate for a health condition, ask a qualified healthcare professional.
choose your own pace
A short session is enough to see whether you enjoy a sound. You can pause, try another texture or choose silence. There is no particular response or state you need to achieve.
